NeonBluff is an educational Texas Hold'em decision training application. The current release is designed to work locally on the user's device without requiring an account or a backend API connection.
The app may store training preferences, scenario progress, selected actions, response times, replay logs, and locally generated stability metrics on the user's device. This information is used only to provide the app's training, replay, and progress features.
The current release does not intentionally transmit personal data to the developer or third parties. It does not include advertising, analytics, account, cloud sync, payment, or backend API SDKs.
Android automatic backup is disabled. Users can manually export and import a versioned local JSON backup through the Android system document picker. File import and export use system UI and do not require broad storage permissions.
The current release does not request dangerous Android permissions. It does not request internet access.
NeonBluff is not designed for children. The app is intended for adult education and does not provide real-money gambling, prizes, deposits, withdrawals, or betting services.
If network services, cloud sync, AI, crash reporting, analytics, advertising, payments, or account features are added in the future, this policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration must be updated before release.
